While we take great care to provide accurate product details and quality checks, we understand that issues may arise and therefore provide options for returns or exchanges within specified guidelines.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must initiate a request within 7–10 days of receiving their order. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Products such as innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and custom-made goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Process
Customers should contact our support team at support@khoobsuratemporio.in with their order details and reason for return. In cases of product damage or defect, we require photo or unboxing video evidence within 24–48 hours of delivery. Once verified, the return or exchange process will begin, and customers will be informed of the next steps, including pickup or return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. In rare cases of payment gateway delays, the refund timeline may vary slightly, but we remain committed to processing all valid claims as quickly as possible.
